Dealing With Stress!

Hi Everyone!


Lately I have been feeling stressed Out and I'm getting tired of being Sick. I want my Life to be more then all about being sick and in pain. So I have been Online looking at Stress and reading what it can Cause In Your Life and health. 
What can Stress can Do to your Health? hmmm? You Probably Think to yourself, aw, it doesn't bother me That Much because I feel fine, or it's Just My sickness, You are Thinking to yourself.  

Stress can Cause so many THINGS!  

Stress may also contribute to or worsening rheumatoid arthritis (RA), fibromyalgia, and accidental injury such as a muscle sprain or strain.


Stress lowers your threshold for pain. Small aches that you usually may not notice feel more painful when you’re highly stressed.



Tension in skeletal muscles and joints, leading to backache and muscular aches and pains


Predisposition to arthritis; degenerative diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. your Risk goes Up higher. 


And you can Get sick easier...and faster.

Mental Symptoms: check it out:


Inability to concentrate
Poor judgment
Seeing only the negative
Anxious or racing thoughts
Constant worrying


Sound familiar?

Now the emotional symptoms:

Moodiness
Irritability or short temper
Feeling overwhelmed
Agitation, inability to relax
Depression or general unhappiness


Shall I Keep going?

Physical/Body Symptoms:

Aches and pains
Diarrhea or constipation
Headaches
Nausea, dizziness
Chest pain, rapid heartbeat
Frequent colds
Muscle tension or pain

Upset Stomach
Pain or tightness in your muscles and chest
Soreness in muscles and joints 
Knots or spasms of pain 

Behavioral symptoms:

Eating more or less
Sleeping Problems.
Isolating yourself from others
Angry outbursts
Drug or alcohol abuse.


It's aLot, I know, to take in and See That it happens to all of us.
Here are some things That Help.




1. Find out what is causing stress in your life.


2. Exercise is #1 that Helps other people, but for Us with Health Issues, Not Very good. So be  careful when you do it. Don't hurt yourself or over exercise. 


3. Take good care of yourself. Get plenty of rest. Eat well. Don't smoke.


4. Praying Helps Everyone.


5. Laughing helps. A sense of Humor is good. 


6. Learn to say No, Because You can't do Everything.
